Our organic journey started from Giogantinu’s passion and the trust of those winemakers who allowed their vineyards to turn into Lughente. They look after each row without using chemicals, fully respecting the land and the people.

  • VineyardOur winegrowers’ vineyards located in the best Vermentino di Gallura DOCG areas, Berchidda and Oschiri.
  • Grapes100% Vermentino di Gallura with production of 6,000-8,000 kg per hectare.
  • Sensory characteristicsStraw yellow colour, the scent of Mediterranean herbs and fresh flowers with more mature notes of honey, all wrapped up in hints of fresh fruit and tropical notes. The flavour is fresh, lingering and light with a tangy salinity.
  • Alcohol content13,5%
  • PairingFish dishes, white meats and vegetarian dishes.

  • Sensory characteristicsStraw yellow colour with greenish tints, scents of Mediterranean spices, white flowers, golden apple and Scotch broom. Lingering, well-rounded flavour with a tangy salinity.
  • Alcohol content13%
  • PairingStarters, white meats, fish dishes, molluscs and shellfish. Excellent when served as an aperitif.
  • Serving temperature8–10° C

  • VineyardOur winegrowers’ organic vineyards located in the best Vermentino di Gallura DOCG areas of Berchidda.
  • Grapes100% Vermentino di Gallura with production of 8,000-9,000 kg per hectare.
  • Sensory characteristicsThe beautiful deep straw colour, with greenish tints, goes well with the sweet floral aroma of rose and citrus fruits as well as the ethereal scents, which balance the more enveloping notes. The flavour is fresh and spring-like, reminiscent of well-balanced sweet and tangy fruit which continuously accompanies the lingering flavours and aromas.

  • PairingThe best fish dishes, white meats and vegetarian dishes.
  • Serving temperatureBest enjoyed at 8-10°C, while it should be stored at 14-16°C away from direct light and with 60-70% relative humidity.

  • VineyardOur winegrowers’ vineyards located around the areas of Berchidda and Oschiri.
  • GrapesPascale, Bovale, Nieddu Mannu, Merlot, Cabernet and Sangiovese blend.
  • Sensory characteristicsRipe red colour with purple notes, typical scent of grapes with hints of ripe fruit and jam. The flavour is warm, lingering and well-rounded; the fleshy note reminiscent of ripe grapes is very pleasant, just like the enjoyable aftertaste confirming the aromas perceived by the nose.
  • Alcohol content13%
  • PairingAll throughout the meal, also excellent with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
  • Serving temperature16-20° C

  • Sparkling white wine
  • GrapesBacca Bianca.
  • Sensory characteristicsStraw yellow colour, spiced scent of Mediterranean maquis. The flavour is fresh with a tangy salinity, balanced by an enjoyable bead produced from the long time in the autoclave.

  • PairingExcellent when served as an aperitif, it is perfect with fish dishes, shellfish and seafood.
