Vineyard: The vineyards belong to our suppliers located in the territorial region of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.

Grapes: 100% Vermentino di Gallura.

Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow colour with greenish hues; scents of Mediterrenean spices, white flowers, golden delicious apple and broom. The flavour is sapid, lingering and rounded.

Alcohol content: 12%

Pairing: Appetizers, white meat, fish dishes, shellfish and molluscs Excellent when served as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C.
