Grapes: Cannonau di Sardegna DOC.
Sensory characteristics: Red garnet colour; scents of ripe fruit, jam, fruit in alcohol and oriental spices, especially black pepper; warm, mature and complex. The flavour is mellow, lingering and structured; the memory of the grape and its ripening is very pleasant.
Alcohol content: 14%
Pairing: Very structured meat dishes, braised meats, game, mature cheese.
Serving temperature: 16 – 20 °C.
