Sensory characteristics:
Garnet red colour; scents of ripe fruit, jam, fruit in alcohol and oriental spices, especially black pepper; warm, mature and complex. The flavour is mellow, lingering and well-structured; very enjoyable evocative hints of grapes and their ripening.

Alcohol content:
14% vol

Food pairing:
Very well-structured meat dishes, braised dishes, game and mature cheeses.

Serving temperature:
16 – 20 °C.
