Sparkling white wine

Grapes:
Bacca Bianca

Production method:
After harvest and destemming, the grapes are pressed. The wine is clarified and cooled through natural settling. Once the fermentation process has been completed, the wine is placed in vitrified cement vats to age; it is kept there until the second fermentation using the Charmat method takes place.

Sensory characteristics:
Straw yellow colour, enjoyable, delicate, intense aroma, dry flavour with a good level of acidity, refined bouquet and a lingering bead.

Alcohol content:
11,5% vol

Food pairings:
Excellent when served as an aperitif and with light fish dishes.

Serving temperature:
6-8°C.
