Sparkling white wine

Bacca Bianca

Production method:
After harvest and destemming, the grapes are pressed. The wine is clarified and cooled through natural settling. Once the fermentation process has been completed, the wine is placed in vitrified cement vats to age; it is kept there until the second fermentation using the Charmat method takes place.

Sensory characteristics:
Straw yellow colour, spiced scent of Mediterranean maquis. The flavour is fresh with a tangy salinity, balanced by an enjoyable bead produced from the long time in the autoclave.

Alcohol content:
11% vol.

Food pairing:
Excellent when served as an aperitif, it is perfect with fish dishes, shellfish and seafood.

Serving temperature:
6 – 8 °C.
