White Wine

Grapes: White Berry

Vinification: After destemming, the grapes are softly pressed, the juice is cooled and clarified by natural sedimentation, then fermented at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation process has been completed, the wine is placed in vitrified cement vats to age; it is kept there until the second fermentation according to the Charmat method takes place.

Alcohol content: 11,5%

Sensory characteristics: Straw yellow colour, intense delicate and pleasant aroma, dry taste and good acid content, refined bouquet and persistent bead.

Pairing: Excellent when served as an aperitif and with delicate fish dishes

Serving temperature: 6-8 °C. It should be drunk young.
