Vermentino di Gallura Biologico

The grapes are gilded by strong breezes at the sparkling pure white rocks of of our land. With its delicate mineral and floral aromas, it is reminiscent of the clear, pure air of a spring day.

Our winegrowers’ organic vineyards located in the best Vermentino di Gallura DOCG areas of Berchidda.

100% Vermentino di Gallura with production of 8,000-9,000 kg per hectare.

Production method:
The grapes are organically grown.
Destemming-crushing, pressing and decantation are selective with respect to the components of the berry. The fermentation and the following 5-8 months of the wine’s production take place at controlled temperatures. The cold winter days and natural sedimentations complete the production cycle of the wine and stabilise it.

Sensory characteristics:
The beautiful deep straw colour, with greenish tints, goes well with the sweet floral aroma of rose and citrus fruits as well as the ethereal scents, which balance the more enveloping notes. The flavour is fresh and spring-like, reminiscent of well-balanced sweet and tangy fruit which continuously accompanies the lingering flavours and aromas.

13% Vol.

Food pairings:
The best fish dishes, white meats and vegetarian dishes.

Storage and consumption:
Best enjoyed at 8-10°C, while it should be stored at 14-16°C away from direct light and with 60-70% relative humidity.
