The mysterious awakening of the earth in a fragrant morning of light, Manzanu, releases all the strength of the savory and enveloping Vermentino di Gallura. A texture of elegant freshness with marine scents creates a unique, unmistakable and enveloping flavour with precious and delicate immersive sensations.
Manzanu: infinite spring.

Vineyard:
Our winegrowers’ vineyards located in the best Vermentino di Gallura DOCG areas, Berchidda and Oschiri.

Grapes:
100% Vermentino di Gallura with production of 8,000-9,000 kg per hectare.

Production method:
Gentle pressing, static settling of the must, fermentation at a controlled temperature
(15-18°C).

Sensory characteristics:
Straw yellow colour with greenish tints, scents of Mediterranean spices, white flowers, golden apple and Scotch broom. Lingering, well-rounded flavour with a tangy salinity.

Alcohol content:
13% vol.

Food pairings:
Starters, white meats, fish dishes, molluscs and shellfish. Excellent when served as an aperitif.

Serving temperature:
8-10°C.
