Vineyard: The vineyards belong to our suppliers located in the territorial region of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.

Grapes: Vermentino di Gallura, 100% produced by historic vineyards.

Sensory characteristics: Vibrant straw yellow colour; it is a warm and mellow wine, characterised by the deep fragrance of ripe apples and figs, which stand out on hints of Mediterranean scrub, honey and dried nuts.

Alcohol content: 14%

Pairing: First courses and fish with a structured flavour; medium-aged cheese.

Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C.
