Organic Vermentino di Gallura DOCG
Grapes: 100% Vermentino di Gallura with a production of about 80/90 quintals per hectare
Vinification: The grapes are grown according to organic principles. Destemming-crushing, pressing and decantation are selective with respect to the components of the berry. Fermentations and wine training systems in the following months take place with temperature management. The cold winter days and natural sedimentations complete the production cycle of the wine and stabilize it.
Sensory characteristics: The lovely straw yellow colour with greenish hues is the ideal complement to the sweet rose and citrus fruit fragrance, and to ethereal hints which provide harmony to the more enfolding notes. The flavour is fresh and spring-like, reminiscent of sweet and tangy fruit whose harmony accompany the lingering taste-olfactory sensations.
Pairing: Suitable for the whole meal; ideal with red meat and medium-aged cheese
