Grapes blend: Pascale, Bovale, Nieddu mannu, Merlot, Cabernet and Sangiovese

Sensory characteristics: Deep red colour with purple hues; aroma typical of grapes, with hints of ripe fruit and jam. The flavour is warm, lingering and rounded; the meaty note reminiscent of ripe grapes is very pleasant, just like the finish confirmation of the fragrances perceived by the nose

Pairing: Suitable for the whole meal; ideal with red meat and medium-aged cheese
