Isola dei Nuraghi IGT Rosé wine

Vineyard: The vineyards belong to our suppliers located in the “IGT Isola dei Nuraghi” area.

Blend of grapes: Pascale, Bovale, Nieddu mannu, Merlot, Cabernet and Sangiovese with interruption of maceration when the right colour hue is reached.

Sensory characteristics: Vibrant rosé colour Fruity and fresh aroma. The flavour is slightly acidic and very pleasant; the finish is reminiscent of the aromas perceived by the nose.

Pairing: Appetizers, White meat, cold cuts and soups

Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C.
